The place was very clean and all the appliances were updated. I couldn't be happier to live in Lake Pointe Village

|Recommended: YesClose to downtown apartments — It is a large apartment complex that has been in Traverse City for 20 plus years. Maintenance is great about issues inside the apartment.
|Recommended: YesBest apartment I've ever lived in — I just resigned my lease because I love it here so much. Not only is it the best bang for your buck living in Traverse City, the staff are so accommodating, and friendly You're right on the water, close to town, but have trees blocking noise from the roads, and right on the trails. The apartments are well kept, and grounds always clean. The staff have been amazing as I moved from another city after graduating college and are very responsive. And all the other residents are so friendly I haven't had any problems or complaints in the year I've lived here.

|Recommended: YesThe best place to live in Traverse City — We have lived here for four years and love it. The staff is great, maintenance is top notch and it's very safe. We can get onto the Tart Trail in two minutes and never get tired of looking at Boardman Lake. We're in town, but being tucked into the woods it feels removed. And quiet. Everyone here is quiet and our neighbors have become our friends. It's been perfect for us and we have no intentions of leaving

|Recommended: YesLake Pointe Village is the Best Place to Live in Traverse City — Though you might end up paying a bit more here than you would at other complexes in town, the quality difference between those cheaper places and Lake Pointe Village is huge. Located in a quiet part of town right next to beautiful Boardman Lake , you get access to car ports, a pool, a hot tub, and a small workout area. These spots are well maintained and worth the price alone. Other amenities, such as central air and clothes facilities in apartment, are another big benefit.

|Recommended: YesA superlative apartment community — It's the best place I've ever lived, including when I owned my own home. The property was amazingly well thought out, both how they arranged constructed the buildings and by keeping the woodsy feel. It's great to feel like you're living in a forest yet only minutes away from downtown. With the trail, it's even an easy walk. The managers are always pleasant and professional. I see them all the time riding around in their golf cart checking things out. The maintenance workers are also superb--friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I've lived here 4-5 years, and whenever I've encountered a problem, like the time I stumbled, grabbed the blinds, and brought the whole thing down, it's been resolved quickly and beyond expectations. Incidentally, the blinds were fixed within 24 hours. Now I can't promise they can be that speedy all the time for everyone, but it certainly has been that for me. Overall a great experience

|Recommended: YesWonderful place to call home — I have absolutely nothing negative to say about these apartments. I have lived in many apartments over the years and this is, by far, the best out of all of them. Everyone in the office is so kind they put together community events, they love our fur baby, and this Christmas they adopted a few teens for the community to give a Christmas to. I have never lived in a place so giving. Plus, this is a perfect location - you are right by everything and don't have to deal with very long traffic jams This is a very stress free place with a beautiful view and we really can't say enough good things about it. Maintenance is also wonderful very fast and always kind Highly, highly recommend this beautiful place.
