|Recommended: YesQuality apartment living — We love Lake Pointe Just started our second year here. The grounds are so beautiful and being on the second floor is like living in a tree house Everyone in the office is super friendly and very helpful. Fair pet policy, super friendly neighbors The only thing I would change is I wish the kitchens were a bit more updated, but everything still runs smoothly and maintenance is prompt.

|Recommended: YesI've been here for almost three years and its been great. — I moved here from Germany I negotiated the apartment from there and had never even seen the place I was about to move in to. Annette and some of the other employees were extremely helpful in communicating with me and I flew into TC on a snowy January night in 2016, took a taxi to Lake Pointe Village and knabbed my key. Over the past three years, it has been a great place to live and I can not explain how awesome it is to be directly on the Boardman Lake and the Boardman Trail I am a big kayaker, runner, XC skier, and biker . Lake Pointe Village maintenance has been great I have a couple of complaints about third-party contractors that have come in to do painting, cleaning, cutting down trees which was unfortunate , etc. In addition, it was a bit annoying to see the pool was locked earlier than normal hours when proceeding to utilize it this happened a few times during the past two summers . Also, my apartment, which I still think is great and cozy , is missing wood floors like I am used to in Germany as I am not a huge fan of carpet. These are all minor complaints in my book. Overall great experience and highly recommended
